Zeller's Plumbing is a fully licensed, family owned and operated plumbing company in Sanilac County, Michigan.

We grew up in this community so our customers are our neighbors. We pride ourselves on giving every customer the respect and service they deserve. We believe our customers deserve a licensed company, one that demonstrates excellence in their field who will stand behind the work they do!

We will always focus on the most cost-effective solution to fill your plumbing needs and will never try to sell you more service or product than is necessary.

We are commited to providing our customers with:

  • quality workmanship

  • unparalleled service

  • reasonable & fair pricing

  • honesty, integrity and reliablility

We are a registered contractor for the Worth Township sewer connections.
The process can seem confusing but we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please give us a call today to schedule your estimate.
  • The first two permits may be obtained by the homeowner but we are asking our customers to wait until they have a tentative start day from us before obtaining them so they don't incur unnecessary charges.
  • The plumbing permit from the Dept. of Construction MUST be obtained by either a licensed plumbing contractor or licensed builder.
  • Legally only a licensed plumbing or building contractor can make your sewer connection. **This is only for the outside sewer connection and where it connects to your home.
  • Sometimes re-routing your drain lines to exit your home in a different location is the easier and/or most cost effective option for your sewer connection. Only a licensed plumbing contractor is allowed to do this work. Keep this in mind when comparing estimates.
As a licensed plumber we do this type of work every day...and it shows in the quality of work we do.
We probably won't be the cheapest estimate you are given but cheap doesn't always mean the best. Your sewer connection should stand the test of time. Our price reflects the needs of the individual property owner and the time and workmanship we put in to each and every job we do.
*Regardless of who you decide to hire please do your due diligence when choosing a contractor. When comparing estimates make sure you are comparing "apples to apples" and also verify who is obtaining your plumbing permit and who is actually doing the work. Ask to see their license. If you have questions, ask them and keep asking until you feel comfortable with the answers you are given.
By hiring local you are injecting money into your OWN community. Hiring local businesses means you are supporting the same businesses that also support YOU- your kids little league team, school & community fundraisers, local restaurants, etc.

Service Areas

We want to take a moment to say thank you to all of our wonderful customers! We truly appreciate your patience and loyalty over the last several weeks during our states “Stay Home, Stay Safe’ order. We look forward to being back to work as we have jobs to finish and many sewers to connect. We realize everyone (including us!) is ready to get back to some semblance of normal and get their projects completed as soon as possible. The reality is we’ve lost several weeks of opportunity... so we ask for your continued patience as we do our best to get to everyone in a timely manner.

For the health and safety of everyone we will be observing strict safety practices including wearing masks & practicing social distancing when coming to your home, we ask that you please do the same when our workers are present.

It has been a trying time for us all and there will undoubtedly be challenges yet to come as we navigate the next several months… your continued patience and loyalty are greatly appreciated.
